Our 60-Night Money-Back Guarantee
Every first-time purchase of ALEA Sleep Patches is backed by our 60-Night Money-Back Guarantee. You have 60 nights from the date of delivery to try ALEA. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll refund your purchase price. No return required — keep or pass along whatever patches remain.
To request your refund, email support@tryalea.com with the subject line "60-Night Guarantee Refund" and your order number. Our team will confirm within 1–2 business days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
The guarantee applies to your first order only (one unit per product variant). For subscriptions, the first shipment is covered. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Standard Returns
For orders that don't qualify for the 60-Night Guarantee (repeat purchases, additional bundle units, or requests outside the 60-night window): you may return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery. Email support@tryalea.com with the subject line "Return Request" and your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.
Subscriptions
Cancel, pause, or modify your subscription anytime — no fees, no commitments. Email support@tryalea.com or manage through your account at tryalea.com. Cancellation requests need to be received at least 48 hours before your next shipment date.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@tryalea.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping.
Non-Refundable Items
Shipping fees (unless our error), products purchased from unauthorized third-party retailers, and orders with an active payment dispute are not eligible for refund.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. Request a refund and place a new order at tryalea.com.
International Orders
International customers are eligible for the 60-Night Guarantee under the same terms. For standard returns, return shipping and any customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
