Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

Standard shipping to the continental United States typically takes 7–11 business days after processing. Total time from order to doorstep is approximately 8–13 business days.

Tracking

Every order includes full tracking. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on all orders. No minimums, no catches.

Taxes & Duties

All applicable taxes and duties are included. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.

Delays

While we do our best to meet the delivery estimates above, occasional delays may occur due to carrier volume, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do everything we can to help.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If you still can't locate your package, email us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
